I found the location great, it was near the beach. The shops and restaurants were also a short walk away. Breakfast was good too, Andy was attentive.

the building offered a homely atmosphere i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was standard yet remained impeccably clean and airy a lovely space. the location proved ideal with beaches and a pier nearby. the shopping centre was a walk along the seafront.
i noticed everything felt slightly dated although charming the shower head required holding by hand. the towels were small and stiff this detail did detract a bit.
