The breakfast was excellent. There was plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and a full English cooked breakfast.
Everything felt a bit dated. The shower head would not stay in position so i had to hold it. The towels were small and stiff..

the location was excellent. it was a minute's walk from the sea front and a quick walk to a co-op shop. the proprietor was very cute and helpful!

The breakfast included several options. I chose a full english, and it tasted great. The location had easy access to nearby attractions. Free parking was available. A definite plus.
The decor was a bit dated. I found the towels small. The shower head needed to be held by hand (that was inconvenient).

tender seaside retreat
homely atmosphere friendly staff clean room ideal location
the building offered a homely atmosphere i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was standard yet remained impeccably clean and airy a lovely space. the location proved ideal with beaches and a pier nearby. the shopping centre was a walk along the seafront.
i noticed everything felt slightly dated although charming the shower head required holding by hand. the towels were small and stiff this detail did detract a bit.

the owners were cute and accommodating a gesture i appreciated. breakfast arrived served hot accompanied by tea plus choices of fruit and juice it added a warm touch.

the service was acceptable and the location was close to the pier.
The decor seemed dated (maybe older than i am). the shower head did not stay in position. I needed to hold it during use. the towels were also quite small.
